Vission of the College

Regional Center for instruction in the art and science of designing and building structures, functional researches in space planning and building construction, relevant extension projects along heritage conservation, and beneficial production, making our graduates environment sensitive and globally-competitive.

Mission of the College

1. To provide quality education through enrichment of teaching methodologies and modernization of service facilities and exposure of students to intelligent structures;
2. To enhance research through discovery of local materials for construction and utilization of space in the built environment;
3. To promote extension through information of innovations in building design and construction and provision of technical expertise to the Vigan Heritage Conservation Project; and
4. To make production beneficial, thus making our graduates responsible designers and builders of the environment.
